H & H Flooring is a locally owned flooring store located in Hixson, TN. We are looking for an outgoing, professional individual to help with Inside/Outside Sales, and other administrative tasks. We offer a very competitive salary plus commission and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers when they visit the showroom
• Consult the customers on their overall project and get a scope of work for the job
• Create estimates and send to the customers in a timely manner
• Order all necessary components for the projects
• Assist with marketing and sale promotions
• Occasional Outside Sales
• Others tasks will include processing payments, assist with monitoring in stock inventory levels, and keeping the showroom presentable for customers

Qualifications:

• Sales/Customer service experience required
• Construction/Design experience preferred
• Outgoing and friendly personality with an eye for attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
